Installing SubSonic Starter Kit 2.0.1

Posted on May 13, 2007. Filed under: installation, subsonic |

Here I will record the steps I took to get the fantastic SubSonic Starter Kit up and running on my PC.

  1. Install ASP.NET AJAX on your machine.
  2. Create a new web site in Visual Studio 2005
  3. Download the latest version of the SubSonic Starter Kit
  4. Copy the contents of the archive to the root directory of the web site you created in step 2
  5. Select Build > Rebuild Website from the menu
  6. Hit F5

That’s it. Piece of cake.
